📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of learning and development strategies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain and update training materials and resources.
  • Support the Learning and Development Manager in achieving departmental goals.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of training participants.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.
  • Familiarity with learning and development best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
