📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
