In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract top talent.,Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Assist in maintaining a strong employer brand and employee value proposition.,Provide feedback and support to hiring managers on candidate performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
