📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all company activities are coordinated and integrated.
  • Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events, as needed.
  • Ensure that all departmental activities are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, project management software, and other industry-specific tools.
