📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT systems and applications.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.,Document and maintain IT assets and configurations.,Assist in the implementation of IT security measures and protocols.,Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.,Support the IT team in managing and maintaining IT documentation.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.,Good understanding of operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using IT support tools and software.
