📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales performance.,Oversee the training and development of store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage the store's budget and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.,Work closely with the Store Manager to implement and monitor store improvement initiatives.,Ensure that the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar retail environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, customer service, and inventory management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.
