📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety and health programs to protect employees, contractors, and visitors
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards
• Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices
• Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations and industry standards
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety and health records and documentation
• Promote a strong safety culture within the organization, fostering a commitment to safety from the top down

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in safety management and compliance
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) professional, such as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or a Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) professional
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards, including ISO 45001, OSHA, and local Indonesian regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
• Proficient in using safety management software, such as SAP EHS, or similar systems
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
