📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Receive, store, and manage frozen goods according to industry standards and company protocols.
• Monitor and maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in the warehouse.
• Perform regular inventory checks using barcode scanners and warehouse management software.
• Prepare and pack frozen products for shipment, ensuring product integrity and compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of frozen goods to customers.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to frozen goods storage and handling.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of frozen products and use of personal protective equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Knowledge of cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled storage systems.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
