📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities in Bali, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and supervise a team of facility and operations staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of facility management practices with overall business operations.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive facility management documentation, including maintenance logs, safety protocols, and operational manuals.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective facility maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or operations supervision, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and supervising teams in facility management roles.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, such as FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar tools.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
