Zone Store Group is looking for a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting our warehouse operations. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for efficiency, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Assist in the receiving and storing of goods, ensuring proper labeling and organization.,Collaborate with the sales and purchasing teams to support operational needs.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Provide support to the warehouse team during peak periods or special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
