📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the production process to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure that they are met.
  • Supervise and mentor production staff to ensure that they are performing at their best.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the workplace is safe for all employees.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that production goals are met.
  • Monitor and report on production performance metrics.
  • Ensure that all quality control standards are met.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Ability to use production management software and tools.
