Duta Oka Health Center is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while being part of our growing team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
