📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and provide information about products and services.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.,Stock shelves and ensure the store is well-organized and presentable.,Assist in promotions and sales events to increase customer engagement.,Keep accurate records of sales and transactions.,Follow all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.,Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must.
