Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Assistant Director to join our R&R Projects team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative projects in the vibrant and dynamic city of Bali. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and executing various aspects of our projects, ensuring their success and alignment with NTU's vision and mission.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of R&R Projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.,Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.,Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in project management, business administration, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP.,Experience in working in a multicultural and international environment is a plus.
