In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet operations.,Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance records.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in managing fuel and vehicle expenses.,Assist in the organization and planning of fleet-related activities.,Provide support in the resolution of any issues related to fleet operations.,Assist in the training and development of new fleet staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Familiarity with local regulations and procedures in Kalimantan Barat.
