As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance and support for all their export supply chain needs. You will work closely with our team of logistics experts to ensure that every shipment is handled with the utmost care and efficiency, from booking and documentation to tracking and delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient handling of sea and air freight operations.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in accordance with client requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and shipment details.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement customer service initiatives and campaigns.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sea and air freight operations, including shipping documents and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills an advantage.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
