In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting the Recruitment Specialist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and feedback.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
