📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in payroll processing using SAP SuccessFactors.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
- Support factory managers in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin languages.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
