In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit between candidates and the organization.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate selection.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including job analysis, job posting, and candidate assessment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
