📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team in the Pematangsiantar area.,Set and achieve sales targets for the team.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitor and report on sales performance and team productivity.,Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing sales teams.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
