📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring smooth operations.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns.,Work closely with the event planning team to ensure all event details are met.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring it is ready for each event.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet equipment and decorations.,Monitor food and beverage service during events, ensuring quality and timely delivery.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.,Uphold the company's values and standards of professionalism and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or event staff role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with basic banquet equipment and setup procedures.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
