📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.,Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the team.,Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Knowledge of sales software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Ability to travel and work in different locations in Bali.
