In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and purchases,Manage inventory levels and restocking,Ensure a clean and organized shopping environment,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues,Train and mentor junior staff members,Participate in sales promotions and special events,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software,Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
