📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the business.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management to minimize waste and maximize sales.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive overall business growth.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment that reflects the brand's image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
