In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our cross-border financial processes, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with international regulations. You will work closely with our team in Jakarta Raya to implement best practices and technologies, such as SAP and QuickBooks, to streamline our financial operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize cross-border financial operations across Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards.
• Implement and maintain financial systems and processes using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and accountants.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with external auditors and financial institutions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial operations, with a focus on cross-border transactions.
• Certifications in SAP or QuickBooks are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
